AmpliTube Jimi Hendrix emulates all the sounds and effects used by Jimi Hendrix – the founder of modern guitar effects. This program is based on AmpliTube 2 software. It will be interesting not only for guitarists, but also for those who are looking for a max toolkit in a product. Also it could be an excellent supplement to AmpliTube 2. Hendrix version is a perfect way to extend effects, amps, cabinets, and microphones. This version has many new models that weren’t been included in AmpliTube 2. This program includes 5 separate modules: tuner, configurable stomp pedal board, amp head, cabinet + mic and rack effects; 4 Amp models, 7 cabinet models, 9 stomp and 4 rack effects models.

Moreover, it offers presets for all songs of first 3 albums of Hendrix (Are you experienced, Axis Bold As Love and Electric Ladyland). You can not only call up the sound for a specific track on a Hendrix album but in most cases you have choices of sounds for particular track sections (intro, solo, verse rhythm, etc.). This software can be used as a standalone application or as a plug-in of VST, RTAS, Audio Units format in other software. In the standalone mode you can use SpedTrainer to import audio files and can loop licks within tunes for closer study. The trainer allows you to speed up or slow down the tempo, and raise or lower pitch independently. In summary, it is a great instrument to create and enrich many styles of popular rock music.
